Dry skin = acne

Accutane can dry out oily skin and make it normal

Accutane would dry normal skin to dry state, like, accutane needs to be used in the right conditions

You should try experimenting with your diet, try cutting out dairy, gluten, and/or nuts and see what happens. Accutane and other pharmaceuticals are at best a band aid solution.
