hear me out, on paper accutane should not be used with actives such as in the title, this is well known however, ive heard anecdotally that if you are somebody who has oilier skin, pairing the 2 could be safe and i want to experiment for myself. ive been running low dose accutane (30mg daily) for about 2 months now but mechanistically accutane alone wont fix all my issues which is why i want to jump on other actives, specifically looking to smooth out the skin, reduce mild rosacea and just achieve the “glass” look. my skin on accutane hasnt been sensitive to the sun so i feel that it couldnt hurt to try. wanted some input from somebody more informed on this though

use based on irritation, and start w azealic as its the most gentle

30mg is quite a high dose to use these topicals though, if u have ZERO active acne consider dropping when u introduce the topicals

personally i use 10mg ed with azealic and taz
