Is using accutane just to attempt to shrink nose size retarded? Are the chances Low of working. I'm 16 & my skin isn't too bad but it isn't perfect

It will make ur pores smaller yes, u can also use hydrocortisone which will make ur skin on ur nose thinner.

Ofc better collagen production etc.. but if ur taking a lower dose (recommended if your main concern is nose shrinkage) dont expect to see any of these benefits quickly its gonna take time atleast 6 months before you really notice anything
