As a graysell whos tried every other softmaxx for acne and testosterone out there these two combined pair together well as accutane counters additional acne brought on by aromatase inhibs. So far been on letrozole a few months noticed general symptoms of higher test, most notably my neck has grown significantly. Ideally I can get an extra +4.6cm of height according to pubmed but im tanner stage 4.5 so it might be over. Side effects are minimal as long as u dont drink or do anything hard on the liver but letrozole does fuck up ur bone density so u get major joint pain.
