I’ve heard it makes lips bigger but won’t it do the exact opposite due to the drying them out?

It doesn't. If anything, it would make them smaller due to a lack of hydration.
Just exfoliate your lips in a warm shower with your finger and then brush them with an electric toothbrush, then apply moisturiser and a small amount of emollient to mimic sebum.
Bam, your lips are fine even on high-dose isotretinoin.

I was on it however I just heard it makes them bigger but it sounds extremely stupid due to the fact it drys them out and makes them smaller
