Accutane liver support supplements.

Getting bloods done monthly and lipids are perfect, I need to keep them similar.

I’m on 30 Mgs of accutane, I take Cod fish oil and Magnesium and cut out K2 and D3 for now.

What’s some liver support I can take?

What’s some liver support I can take?

Take NAC (600 mg/day) and TUDCA (250-500 mg/day) best combo for liver protection on Accutane.
Avoid alcohol and cod liver oil (too much vitamin A). Stick with plain fish oil instead.

I mean if he has the money for it sure take some glutathione or sum shit but it seems as tho he's a lil 14 yr old kid who begged his mommy to go to the dermatologist to get on accutane

Not even that, The information they are taught is extremely outdated, they only need 8-15 hours of a nutrition course.

I go if something gets messed up with my blood work or I get sick.
