Accutane low dose

Over a year ago I finished a 5 month 60mg accutane course, which eliminated all my severe acne. I never used tret after to maintain the results. My acne still hasn’t come back but there are bumps and stuff on my skin and nose. Would it be worth hopping back on low dose accutane maybe 20mg eod. It may not be needed but I want my skin to be perfect

I picked bad pics to show, my skin doesn’t look too bad there, I think I’ve got more red marks and scarring. Maybe I need to get needlin or something done first

lowdose (20mg) made my skin really clear, upping to 30mg in a few days since there are still some stubborn pimples that show up occasionally, i also want to clear my back acne that's left

Not rlly, my liver was fine on 60mg ed for 5 months
