Accutane microdosing

Could you microdose accutane, to have clear skin all the time, instead of traditional skincare? I have used accutane to get rid of my acne (I only used 20mg daily). Now about a year later, I haven’t really done skincare ever, and I can notice red spots and imperfections in my skin.
Would microdosing accutane get rid of this, or is traditional skincare better?

I have no idea, I took 20mg the entire time and it was gone in about 4-6 months mby. My derma told me I was okay to stop, but I just finished the last of the pills

+ I would not say I have acne anymore, just imperfections from not doing any sort of skincare, so the acne def didn’t relapse

120 x (your weight) is your cumulative dosage and when you consume that amount of accutane your acne problem will be gone forever

Yeah so if I follow that, then I should have taken it for 390 days, and I def didn’t do that
