Most dermatologist will give you Tretnoin yoyu need very bad acne to get accutane. I had beyond subhuman acne and still obly was able to get 0.025% Tretnoin. And if that doesn’t work thet just up the dose to 0.05-0.1 Also accutane comes with side effects so they will closely monitor you and give you a structured dose depending on weight (so not really a micro dose)
