So I'm taking it for my acne for like 1.5 months now.
I went to dermatologist, she seems not bad because "I always use minimum daily dose, it's better to wait year instead of 6 months, than get side effects".

But do I really need to go to her every month-two?
Maybe she just wants my money and that's why she ask me to come and also make blood-tests once-2months?
What dose and for how long should i use?

Also I started seeing hairloss, like hair is thin and falling down.
I'm not prone to balding, my father and both grandfathers (at least one) aren't bald.
What can I do to help my hair?
What supplements and things overall can help alter side effects?

I take 30mg/day (0.5 dose), weight is 67kg.

Hairloss by accutane is called telogen effluvium and is caused by hypervitaminosis A. You are essentially overdosing on a synthetically made vitamin A and it’s so much stress on your body to deal with all that vitamin that your hairs all enter the telogen phase at once and then fall out, usually with a few months delay after beginning accutane.

Accutane is also known to accelerate male pattern balding, you will know because the hairs being shed will be miniaturized (a typical trait of DHT choking the hairs making them thinner and falling out shorter, that’s what miniaturization looks like).

Don’t keep using accutane if your hair falls out. Switch to something else, it’s not worth it.
