Anyone notice a smaller nose or thicker lips? I’ve seen a capitole people say that they have gotten one of these side effects. Wonder if it was just from high dose or if it was just a regular side effect.

Yes, 100%. My nose used to be so bulbous and my tip shrunk and nostrils got slimmer and went to their natural shape. you really get this affect if you stay consistent on Accutane.
