accutane. but comes with side effects. ghkcu is new enough that we don't really know the full side effects yet. probably not super harmful. I don't use it because it nukes DHT, which I want for lower third and cheekbone growth.

I'd say accutane would be a last resort if no other normal acne treatment has worked. Ghk-cu boosts collagen production, which helps with healing acne scars and repairing your skin. In my opinion, ghk cu is something you'd use after your face has cleared up mostly, since it doesn't do much with getting rid of acne. Isotretinoin literally dries out your skin so acne won't come back. The only reason you might need ghk-cu is if you're not a teenager, since as a teenager your collagen production is already so good that acne scars will heal, so if you're older than that and have acne scars you might want ghk. But don't just go and use isotretinoin if you haven't tried other things first. For acne, accutane is ofc better. For skin texture, ghk-cu is more preferrable because of that collagen boost it gives you. What have you tried so far and do you have acne/how bad is your acne?
