im on my first month of accutane and the only side effects ive experienced is dryness, and occasionaly breakouts but thats probably because of my diet lately

other than that my acne is way better

Just take a low dose of accutane and the side effects will be minimal while results should be great

is it usually available without prescriptions at local pharmacies ?

Nice reasoning
You're just an idiot that's not even worth a debate. microdosing accutane is a retarded thing to do and has no benefits. it works on a cumulative basis it does fuck all at lose doses especially if you're using it for skin maintenance post course-dose-accumulation. Topical retinoids are better in that regard.
