accutane or tret with azelaic acid 15% or hydroquinone 4%

In the summer i am going back to india for 2 months and im planning on cleaning my acne and my dark tanned skin color i need advice on how to pair these products and if they should even be paired in the first place and if i should take low dose accutane without prescription ofc or tret and azelaic acid or hydroquinone just tell me which is better for results in about 2-3ish months of use and dont have heavy side effects and which will actually work on me. If yall could help me out

I would say either user hydro or azelaic not both of em together

Yeah just use hydro at night with tret and azelaic alone in the morning
