Accutane perm shrink nose?

im gonna take 40mg accutane for 6 months i really dont have ant acne really just really oily skin and huge black heads on my mnose making it bulbous if i use accutane will it perm shrink my nose or would i have to stay on? gonna use tret after too 0.25
