First of all why should you take accutane?
1. Clears severe acne for good: Often the only treatment that can permanently stop stubborn or cystic acne.
2. Prevents scarring: Reduces deep breakouts that can leave lifelong scars.
3. Works when nothing else does: Effective after antibiotics, creams, and other treatments fail.
4. Long term results: Many people stay acne-free even after finishing treatment.
5. Boosts confidence: Clearer skin can seriously improve self esteem and mental health.
6. Accutane nose: Accutane makes your nose smaller depending on how much oil you have in your nose, this range is from 10% slimmer to 40-45% slimmer depending on how much oil you have in your nose.
THE RISKS OF ACCUTANE AND WHY YOU SHOULD ONLY TAKE ACCUTANE WHEN YOU HAVE IT PRESCRIBED
Serious side effects: Accutane can cause extreme dryness, joint pain, and other strong reactions that need monitoring.
Mental health risks: Linked in some cases to mood changes, depression, or anxiety, so doctors keep close watch.
Requires regular blood tests: Can affect liver function and cholesterol levels, so you need check-ups. You can DIE if you don't get checked up that's why it is very needed to have it prescribed.
Not for mild acne: It’s a powerful last-resort drug, not something to take casually without a doctor’s approval.
WHY IT IS WORTH IT
Taking Accutane can be worth it for people with severe or stubborn acne because it’s one of the few treatments that can actually give long term or even permanent results.
While the side effects can be intense and require medical supervision, the benefit is that it targets the root cause of acne rather than just managing symptoms.
For many, it not only prevents future breakouts and scarring but also leads to a big improvement in confidence and overall quality of life.
Many people struggle with the insecurity of acne and a big nose, accutane is the key to fix those insecurities aka looksmax.
Note: Accutane will not fix crooked noses only when you have a big nose.
STEP 1 - Acnemaxx
The first step is actually very simple (this step can be skipped if you already have acne) but what you wanna do is acnemaxx, this meaning don't drink more than 1 liter of water per day, only eat high-sugar and high glycemic foods like candy, soda, white bread, pastries. Another good alternative for acne is fast food / highly processed junk food like fried food, burgers and pizza.
STEP 2 - Medical intervention stage
Once you have a decent amount of acne (not too much) what you wanna do next is you wanna look up on how to contact a dermatologist in your country and then contact then and say
"Hi, I’ve been dealing with acne for some time and it hasn’t improved with over the counter treatments. I’m interested in getting medical treatment and would appreciate your advice on suitable options. Please let me know how I can proceed or book an appointment. Thank you!
When you get to the appointment it is very important to not have severe acne because this is part of the plan. What you wanna say is “I wanna get an accutane prescription” They will they respond with something around the lines of “Acutane seems like a bit too much for your acne, we will give you tretinoin or some other acne cream and if the acne gets worse you can give us a call and we will give you other medication."
If you are lucky here the dermatologist might give it instantly but this is very unlikely. But if the dermatologist didn't prescribe you with accutane here then follow step 3
STEP 3 - Treatment manipulation
When you get the tretinoin or the other medication the dermatologist prescribed you, you should NOT use it. What you wanna do is acnemaxx even more until you have severe acne. 3 weeks later you wanna make a call to the dermatologist and say that the acne medication is not working and that you wanna make an appointment to talk about getting accutane.
When you come to the dermatologist they will see the acne and if you made it severe enough they will give you accutane as promised.
IF for some odd reason the dermatologist does not give you accutane and says you need to try some new facial creme, then just repeat what I told you. Don’t take the facial cream and just wait another 3 weeks making your acne even worse.
Then when you call the dermatologist again and say that your acne is getting worse and that you really need pill medication. If you do everything right as I’ve told you this should guarantee a prescription of accutane.
If you are not sure about doing this method READ THIS
If you are thinking about not doing this because of the acnemaxxing let me tell you, you spend around 6-9 weeks with acne and the thing you're getting is a much slimmer nose, perfect skin and your acne scars getting removed. For me this is a no brainier.
Also if anyone is wondering if it is illegal to manipulate your dermatologist the answer is NO.
If you still don't want to do this method after reading this then you don't want it enough.
