No, they will start you on cope meds first like Benzoyl peroxide. Then they will slowly titrate you up to stronger meds if your acne doesn't improve, but with just 2 pimples, not severe acne, you won't get anywhere close to accutane presciption.

Can you just ask your mom for like $30 and put the money in your bank account and make the accutane purchase on your own
