Is 15$ for 300 accutane pills too good to be true? Ordering from GGS Pharma Solutions.

I mean it's indiamart so everythings dirt cheap, but 300 usually goes for around ~30-40$, so it could just be watered down

why not spend the extra $15 for guaranteed quality
