Accutane purging

I have relatively no acne but looking to start accutane so I don’t break out when I start my first cycle in 6 months or so. I’ve heard that when first starting accutane a lot of people purge in the first few months but I’m not sure if a factor of that is because they had a lot of accutane beforehand, will I still be prone to a breakout if I have clear skin before starting accutane
