If I'm on tret already, is there any point of doing isotret too?, I heard it gives good nose improvement though, thanks.

systemic is most of the times better than topical, it's worth it, I myself used (topical) isotret for a year and then did a "cycle" of oral isotret(accutane) for 3 months and was fine file like 4months, then I only had some few little pimples, that went away in three days because I used topical isotret as a "spot treatment", if you actually take accutane for a long time and do small breaks you'll be ok

10mg every day, and then for somereason I got some mood sides(mild) so I quit, I was fine and after 4months that I wanted to start again I got hyper responsive I had head aches the same day I took isotret and had some mood dulling so, I took p5p and pregnenolone also a diuretic(that was for a different reason but idk might've helped in a way even though vitamine A is fat soluble) and my responsiveness went back to normal, and the anchedonia went away, so I do 1-2 times 10mg per week because the half life is 6days, and my pharma doesn't sell 5mg anymore, at 10mg daily you should be fine though
