Can I take 40mg accutane twice a week and get the same benefits as daily low dose accutane or is that not how it works cause the half life

10 mg a day is more beneficial since it sends the isotretinoin message consistently to the sebaceous glands, and it eventually leads to the suppression of sebum production. it can also cause the reduction in size of the sebaceous glands.
So no you wont get the same benefits if you are gonna take 40mg twice a week
