depend on ur body weight and how long ur willing to take it results are normally mostly permanent .

I get 25$ a week so from my source it can last me a while. I’ll prolly take it for a year since my dad worries about eating disorders and wont let me lose weight

Has everything about dosing and how long.

If you go through a full cycle the results should last permanently but about 10% of people need a second cycle due to flaring up again.

no one asked about eating disorders, we want to know your weight so we can tell you how much you need to take, if your a 55kg 5'4 sub human then your dose is going to be half of what a 100kg 6'2 guy is gonna need

Results are supposed to be permanent; there are rare cases where people need to cycle it more than once.

My dermatologist told me we should start with a low dose (20mg) to see how it affects me, then increase the dose over the next 6 months to reach the standard of 0.5-1 mg/kg per day. I also have to do blood testing every month to make sure it doesn't affect my liver.

It's bodyweight dependent, and I would recommend going to a dermatologist, but that's up to you.

Also, you might purge, which means breaking out sometimes even worse than before you were taking it. Don't be alarmed, it's normal.

Here are all the side effects per Google:

Common Side Effects (Very Frequent)
  • Extreme Dryness: Lips (cheilitis), skin, and inside the nose (often leading to nosebleeds).
  • Dry Eyes: Potential discomfort, especially for contact lens wearers.
  • Musculoskeletal Pain: Joint aches, back pain, or muscle stiffness.
    • Skin Fragility: Increased sensitivity to the sun and risk of rashes.
    • Initial Purging: A temporary worsening of acne in the first few weeks.
Serious Side Effects (Requires Medical Attention)
  • Birth Defects: Extremely high risk of severe birth defects if pregnancy occurs.
  • Mental Health Changes: Depression, anxiety, mood swings, or suicidal thoughts.
  • Elevated Lipids/Liver Enzymes: Increased blood cholesterol (triglycerides) and liver enzymes.
  • Headaches/Vision Issues: Potential sign of increased brain fluid pressure (pseudotumor cerebri).
  • Severe Gastrointestinal Distress: Intense abdominal pain or rectal bleeding.
Managing Side Effects
  • Moisturize: Use heavy, non-comedogenic creams and lip balm (e.g., Vaseline) frequently.
  • Hydrate: Use saline nasal sprays and artificial tears.
  • Sun Protection: Use SPF 30+ daily and avoid tanning beds.
  • Avoid Treatments: Do not use harsh exfoliants or undergo waxing/laser treatments, as skin is too fragile.

  • Hmm...

So I’ll be taking 100mg a day. Thank you

Cuck advice (not talking about the side effects.)

6 months on 20mg to titrate up is ridiculous. Unless by 6 increase the dose over the next 6 months you mean during that time.

Also you just need to go off of the formula, titration is completely unnecessary, it'll just hit you hard, earlier.

About some of the side effects, most of these are nocebos and invalid or theoretical due to MOA. For example,

Elevated lipids or liver enzymes is theoretically true due to the fact that the liver processes the compound, So they say it MAY happen but it never does.

I've never seen anyone use accutane have elevated liver enzymes unless you're a complete sub human, and I'm not even trying to be funny, I genuinely have ran accutane before when I was a fat cunt eating the worst diet and my lipids were fine.

headache/vision issues are mostly nocebos but could happen if you do get intracranial pressure (very unlikely unless there's a prior issue to accutane)

Gastrointestinal distress is a nocebo, Rectal bleeding is true but should be in the common side effects area as it's literally the same concept as nosebleeding.

Try to drink a lot of water if this is happening as it lubricates the gut.

Thank you for reading if you did!:Jupijej:

I'd run 60mg honestly, 1mg per kg/bw is kind of harsh, even at 0.5mg I felt like ass. I'm on 80 rn which is about my weight but I'm true and used to this. :lul:
