Accutane questions

I've recently looked in to Accutane and im very interested in getting it. Although there is one main issue for me. My mom was actually on accutane when she was around my age and when I asked her about it and if we could go to the doctor/dermatologist to get it prescribed she said no and it would be "overkill" for me so now I am wondering how I can get it illegally? Or if theres a more optimal way to like convince my mom get it from a doctor etc. Any help is appreciated.
