Accutane raped my hairline. What should I do?

I used to have a straight hairline but after taking the Accutane course (6 months, 40 mg), I started noticing my hairline shaping into a V-shaped one as the time passed. Also, the left side of my V-shaped hairline is more receded than the right one. Am I balding or it is all caused by Accutane?

Accutane messed up my night vision. Maybe some biotin supplements can help with the hair? Also cutting out dairy, sugar, processed/unhealthy/fried foods cured my acne. The medical system never told me that because it wants to sell creams and pills.
