Accutane skin thinning

Finished my second accutane cycle as of January and while it isn’t major, the redness caused by skin thinning is something I wanna fix. Is there a best solution for this

I’m on tret rn and I feel the aid has been minimal. Almost out of my current tube and I have 1 expired one. Then off to India to get more maybe I gotta think abt it

Tret is very powerful even prescription in some countries ?
Bump the dose to 2x
Or use more but watch out for side Efs
I’m gonna buy it with hydroquinone

I’m on 0.025% so not as high as I’ve run it b4. Imma use it on top of my low dose accutane I’m running. I also have some dut otw.
