Your skin will be significantly more sensitive and your skin barrier will get fucked, so apply tret on top which does the same thing would fuck you up for a long time or until u get chemical peels to fix that shit.

so dont use them together, also accutane is far superior to tret.

Just do accutane, if you do tret on top of it not only will it have little to no effect compared to accutane, it will also ruin your skin.

The one thing that sucks is that accutane is super fucking dehydrating, and you basically have to avoid the sun completely. So ur entire day becomes preventing dryness and blocking the sun. Unless you don’t care abt the sides.

For me it was better to just continue with Tret and lower dietary fat intake to reduce how oily my skin got.
