yoo get aquaphor or vaseline for those lips and apply it religiously. also consider slugging your face every so often if u have crazy dryness. don't forget the spf, or even better spf pa+++

my lips were cracking and bleeding. best to keep a small tub of lip vaseline everywhere you go. people will notice.

i found aquaphor to be better for me in the lip department. also for facial moisture I used cerave CREAM. its basically the lotion but thicker yk
