Azaelic acid prevents scarring from acne and helps skin texture. Combine it with tretinoin it will give u good results, comparable to accutane since they’re the same thing. Don’t use accutane without liver LFT profile tests

Tazorac is also insane but actually pulls way too much out sometimes I only use it for bad pimples

I have to use them both accutane takes a long ass time to work before it clears you permanently, but I still get clear break outs from eating bad food.

I'm fasting and megadosing multiple retinoids right now along with 60mg accutane because the fucking girl that rejected me in hs is in my college lmao

I'm not even interested but I gotta mog her innit

That’s what I literally said. Azaelic acid is meant for scarring while tret will prevent acne and work on conjunction with it. I’m using this stack rn myself 1.5 months in, getting slow results but all good for now

wont do anything i don’t think, dermatologists only increase dosage because some people don’t react until higher dosage. Until you have your purge, it will do nothing (but give you side effects). And you won’t have the purge until you have a dosage that works for you.

yes because tissue binding half life is 4-5 days. i personally take 1,25mg two times a day though to nuke my plasma DHT, and have zero sides.
probably doesn't do anything compared to taking it just once a day, but ive heard anecdotes of old men that had BPH who went from 5mg to 1mg and then noticed that they started to lose hair.
