accutane vs finasteride

has anyone tried both?
I took accutane 40mg daily for 5 months and i felt alright tbh but it was looksminning me so I stopped. can someone compare how it feels to be on fin vs accutane?

Not saying it will. It can trigger autoimmune issues in people though, hairloss being one of the worse ones
