its better because its safer and barely has side effects. aslo mt2 with accutane is maybe not safe because accutane thins and dries the skin and mt2 can cause hyperpigmentation, accutane makes your skin more sensitive to sun and mt2 often requires sun(uv) exposure to boost melanin and risk of burns or scars

yes low dowse should work, but if i were you i would go a lil higher like 10mg a day. above i made a grammatical error, im actually using it since oct 2024 on 20mgs everyday and the only occasional side effect that i still get is dry lips.

about anti-age i would not recommend using it in summer cuz UV + accutane is the most disgusting combo and will age you. other than that ure fine
