Accutane w/ Topical Tret Redundant?

I got oral accutane to skinmaxx, don't have acne and have been on tret 0.1% for like a year but it pales in comparison to accutane. I want that next lvl glowing + the convenience of just an oral

I still have like 2 bottles of tret left over, would it be fine to just keep applying it nightly until it runs out, while also running accutane? Or should I hold out on taking both at once? Would it even matter?

so this accutane stuff, is it like a pill or something? because when i think of medication i picture the doctor injecting me with needles all over so im kinda scared actually... maybe im better off with good old lotion instead???
