Accutane with exczema

Should i use accutane at 16? I have had exczema since like 5 years old and sometimes scratch it until i have blisters/open wounds. I started getting severe acne on my chin and jaw since about 15 yrs old and tried diet, have been doing skincare for 9 months and it barely gets better. A side effect of accutane is skin/lips drying out so I'm wondering how bad it is and if anyone who has exczema and is on accutane can drop tips? Also I have to use moisturisers 2 times a day and lip balm everyday if i dont want my skin/lips to look like a dry mummy's.

wouldnt reccomend, will dry ur skin even more resulting in more sebum produced = more acne
