Whatever his weight will accommodate for x 150mg. Then choose the fastest route to get to that number. probably 40mg+ but he needs to understand the accutane concept.

My suggestion would be call a doctor and ask them how to take it and if they don’t answer call another one chat gpt might also prove beneficial but that’s a risk
