personnally i did 40mg for 10month and acne totally cleared 2 years ago, now i have a few breakouts etc (hormonal 100%) so i wanted to know if 10mg for lifetime is a good idea ?

10mg daily? Lifetime is not needed bro, you won’t have acne at 30 hahaha

But yeah I think you might get away with 10mg x3 times a week

You can always start low and see. I don’t think that dose is that bad for the liver, but I would take liver supplements to protect yourself honestly.

And do bloodwork every once in a while

If you are on 10mg x3 a week you might not strain your liver that much, but if you start bumping it to 10mg everyday it might be helpful to add something like NAC, which is a liver-protecting antioxidant.

If you choose to not run it just try to avoid things that can damage your liver like alcohol. But I would use it if you can afford it honestly, better safe than sorry.

Aside from that liver stuff, it’s very common to use Fish Oil omega 3s with Accutane. It helps with any potential dryness and has a lot of other benefits in general!

There’s many brands. NOW is relatively cheap and good. Just find one that is well priced and go with that

u have to clear ur active acne first with a high dose

usually what docotors do is get you on another accutane cycle like you did the first time when you break out again. Your accumulative dose is pretty high when i take your weight at 70kg. Got unlucky ig, i wouldnt go for 10mg for life tough that seems way to rough on your lifer if you take in continously
