depends how severe your acne is, 40mg for a 6months completely healed mine, and i dont think its ever comeback. Not using even a moisturizer since.

I dont think there is point going over 10 mg a day then. 10mg over 8-12 months will do the thing.

try 10mg and monitor side effects, im cruising on 10mg no problems.

Im 16 also ordered it illegally, it’s being shipped out.

The most important part is the accumulative dosage and not the daily dosage so I have 40 mg Accutane pills normally they are dosed at 20 mg.

This is how I’ll do it:

Week 1-2: 40mg daily (7.2mg/kg is the accumulative dose at 14 days)
Then I’m gonna switch it up so I’ll take an asynchronous plan. I’ll take 21 pills/14 days. So that’s 60mg per day on average.

You could save the hassle with 20mg tablets.

I’ll do that for 199 days in total (with the 2 week intro) because that’s the day I reach an accumulative dose of 150mg/kg

I have problems with abscesses on my forehead and I litterally am too scared to go to the barber because of that. I’m taking that much because I want it to be permanently gone.

I’ve went to a dermatologist before and he told me “I’d put you on 60% isotret” but my mom denied that (FUCK)

So I’m just kinda following the plan here would’ve wanted to put me on.


Did you mean making my own isotret or putting me on isotret mogs?
I’m buying it from a German who does it himself so that mogs aswell

To op! I also have no acne and would minimally change the dosage. But there is a vague chart of how accumulative doses correlate with if any acne will return. 150mg/kg is a good middle point which is not too harsh, so this would also fit you while not fucking you up completely

Accutane is one of the worse drugs you can get prescribed to put in your system. I made the same mistake when I was 17. Please don't do it bro, just change your habits.

You need to cleanse your face + exfoliate it because your face gets insanely dry on accutane
im on 20mg rn, Side effects arent insanely strong (might get bumped up to 30mg) you need to LEARN how to tell if ur liver is failing too nigga, Since ur self dosing, 10mg might not do anything but accutane for pores? U have to be fucking joking son.

why would you need to reduce pores? its gonna make a minimal difference and youre restricting your life, running the risk of debilitating symptoms, and youre probably gonna have to spend some money to reduce those. in my case it like perma reduced my iq by 20 points so if i were you i wouldnt take it just like that

My pores are really bad atm… u can see like a differentiation between my pores and the nasolabials causing my bad nasoliabals to be even worse… this is a vid showcasing it u can see the white line

Not even noticeable, accutane is not worth it. + it wont shrink ur pores forever and its expensive

just use good skincare
