i was on tretinoin and my acne cleared but not to the point i want it to i still get some spots here and there and now that school has started i keep getting them cus of stress should i go to the derm and get accutane ion really care about side effects just long term ones but i dont think there are any i wanna start with 10mg and move up to 20 or even 30

use 0.1% tret

i want clear skin like without a spot ever and my diet and everything is perfect and i still get them but rn prob cus of stress i can just do 10mg only and the side effects shouldnt be very strong but my skin would get better
