I started 10mg daily accutane for 2 months prescribed by dermatologist however I need a blood test before I’m allowed more and to continue going. Would being on 250 Test e for a month fuck up my markers that much to where it’s noticeably and the point a dermatologist would cut me off.

Get the bloodwork, and then go on test.

It would show a considerable increase in testosterone, but that wouldn't be a natural effect of isotret.
However, your parents will rape your ass once they find out, seeing as the dermatologist will tell them.

They don’t directly test for testosterone levels just stuff accutane impacts but so does testosterone like LSH, cholesterol and some liver enzymes. Would you think those would be high enough to be noticeable?

Testosterone is derived from cholesterol, so I would presume so. Testosterone also reduces LSH production. I'd assume that there is some effect on liver enzymes, I'm not bothered to research anything rn. I'd wait until after bloodworks bro.
