Accutane

Any advice on the dosage and how much I should take I’m considering doing 20mg for like 2-3 months then upping it to 40mg for the remainder of the 6 months. I’ll post a reference photo on my acne. If anyone has any better advice on what they did that helped lmk. I don’t think my situation is severe enough for super high dosage but if anyone had any side effects they experienced on similar dosages lmk. The things I’m mainly worried about is joint pains and dry hair and scalp also receding hairline.

Yea 20mg for a while should do the job. Your acne is pretty mild. Also accutane doesn't permanently recede your hairline and hair side effects are quite rare.

i take it now and i see more growth in hair, recending hairline is just genetics, no point to take lower dose in winter, take lower dose on summer to avoid hyperpigmentation, just don t go above 1 mg per kg
