ruined my lower spine and hip joints but was still worth it in the end because i was bleeding onto my pillow every night from the acne and couldnt touch my face only use it if the acne is severe

Tbh you shouldnt worried if you are taking below 20mg per day which is the way to go apart from dry lips just keep a lip balm and keep spamming it throughout the day and buy a quality moisturizer anywhere from 4-8 months depending upon your current weight and acne situation youll see massive changes
