I've started 40mg daily (79kg)

2.5 weeks in my nosebleeds are constant, my nostrils are itchy and i sometimes caugh up blood

i feel down, i feel like i have a fever but i don't.

should i drop to 20mg or will it go away?

or should i stop completely for now and let my body heal?

drop it you dont need 40mg for good results do 20 and side effects like nosebleed will be fewer

when i first started i had nosebleeds and i was on 20,didnt get all the depressing shit tho cause i was on aas maybe drop the dose down to twenty and go from there.

40 mg of Accutane is diabolical bro. You don’t need that much. Drop it to like 10–15 mg. More isn’t always equal to better.

i thought it was 0.5-1mg per kg? but yea i think it's too much my body can't tolerate 40

zinc, mag, omega3, lots of water, artifial tears for eyes if need, also eat fruits and all good shit etc etc and sleep, no stress ALLAT

20mg trust me i did 40 and felt like shit and i switched to 20 felt better and skin still got so much better

i stopped accutane.

i also got a fewer RIGHt after starting it. i also felt more fatigued and tired.

the solution would be specific nasal sprays and hydrating the nose with vaseline

yes. once and i waited for a couple days.

nosebleeds stopped after 2 days and i felt noticeably less brain fog / more motivation.

as soon as i hopped back on the nosebleeds came back everyday.

and now after finally stopping, nosebleeds didn't stop for like a week and then it stopped

So you didn't get another fever after waiting a few days and starting again

yeah my throat was hurting everytime i woke up

i used to be sick everyday i was on accutane (20mg)
