how do i stop accutane nosebleeds? it's actually insane how much blood im losing almost everyday.

i was on 40mg but i completely stopped because my nosebleeds were getting insane. then i dropped down to 20mg and the next day i had a nosebleed.

what can i do to prevent this?

for now i stopped completely cause i think ive lost like 200mg+ of blod throught these days

No wonder you got a nosebleed the next day, it'll probably still bleed for a lil, you may need to reassess treatment if it persists for a long time on 20mg, stay at 20mg for a while and see how it goes. Use aquafor or a nasal spray to prevent dryness aswell, if it's bad you could consider every other day dosing, but you should be fine if you stick to 20mg and just use a nasal spray and avoid picking or hard blowing.

Growth stunting is a myth at regular doses. The nose bleeds and dry lips cant even be considered side effects, its simply the medication doing what's its meant to do-stop your body producing sebum.
It would be great if we could stop sebum only from our face but that's simply not possible.

It can be used in both places like petroleum jelly

hell na i got it myself for acne and oily skin

alot of those are rare, i've only personally experienced dry lips and many of my friends can say the same. If you're taking the correct dose you should be fine aslong as your aren't overdoing it. I'm personally not prescribed and got mine from WWB.

i started 40mg and my skin got sahara type dry in about 2 weeks. i also do dutasteride so that could amplify things

I believe you can get your nose cauterized, its what i did for my nose to stop bleeding when im boxing
