So ive been on accutane for 4 months today my dermatologist put off it and i still got some PIE marks on my left cheek and a pimple, should i microdose it few times a week until my face is completely clear or?

Yeah its a few reddish purple spots on my left cheek and thats all my front is clear and other cheek just some skin peeling and bit redness sometimes like rosacea
