Im taking 80mg of accutane a day and will soon go up to 100mg a day (I’m around 104-106kg) my doctor says I need to take around 700 tablets before I am done. Any tips to help with acne while using accutane? Or any tips in general I can use while on accutane

I'm on Accutane rn as well. I suggest you should stay AWAY from the sun cause your skin will be very senstitive to it and get a gentle cleanser, heavy moisturizer, lip balm 50 SPF sunscreen every day. Take it with a fatty meal so it does not make your stomach hurt and avoid alcohol. (rep thank you)

I had a bad phone but it’s good enough. Here’s a pic of me from a couple of days ago. I have much acne under my skin and that’s why I’m on accutane

I’m in Norway rn so I only get around 4-5 hours of sun a day and I’m always inside due to me being sick. But I have a spf 50+ and pa++++

I agree but there’s not much I can do while I’m on accutane for my eyebrows. But I will probably invest in a x-brow serum and a dermastamp/dermaneedle after I’m done with treatment. I also use professional eyebrow dude due to my mom works eyebrows and eyelashes. I haven’t used the dye in ages but I will probably use it soon to fraud. And I agree 100mgs of accutane is high but remember that I am 104kg ish. Ik the dosages are 0,5mg-1mg per kg of body weight.

No reason u can’t use minoxidil+castor oil on ur eyebrows now

My dermatologist said i could Get allergic to what I put in my skin while it’s fragile and sensitive. So idk and btw I’m 14 so I don’t think I will be able to get it since I think it’s prescription based in norway

Ur derm is kinda right ig but minoxidil won’t do anything unless ur slathering it over ur face just put a couple drops on ur eyebrows

And minoxidil is easy just buy it off amazon

Luckily i have super thick and strong hair follicles so i mat be livet with not having super brittle hair. And luckily my skin is not to dry maybe it will become super dry after of months into treatment.

ur thinking about it too hard just keep using it and i think after a while ur hairs are permeant on ur eyebrows
