A low dose should be fine, but I wouldn't recommend high doses since it can cause premature growth plate closure, but since your skin is mostly clear, just get on tret or a low dose of accutane. You can use Vitamin C serum to brighten your skin as well.

low dose accutane, 10mg preferably then ramp up the dose as you grow older. aim for like 10000mg cumulative dose (increase daily dosage when you get older)
