I was on 20mg for 2 months, my acne was never bad but now i have nothing, i bought 200 capsules, should I start 40mg a day to get rid of them faster and prevent further acne?
Or should i just keep taking 20mg a day?

im 70 something kg btw

Sides aren't bad either since i just ultra use omega d3, and d3
