Is there any actual reason not to be on Accutane or Tretinoin?
I rly need to fix my skin bad.

benefits outweigh the drawbacks for almost everyone, unless you have an underlying liver condition accutane is the best solution to acne. i went on it and it was like magic my skin is completely clear now, just dont get blackout drunk daily and give yourself liver failure and youll be fine, it definitely recommend it.
