I have this type of acne, but I don’t know if it’s PIE or PIH. How many mg of Accutane should I take to get rid of it? Also, my skin produces sebum, which causes small imperfections.
Or should I try azaelidz acid or lasers? (I'm ready to do anything, give me some advice)

first of all get the fork up, the acne still seems semi active (u have some whiteheads showing) idk about accutane doseage but it could be a good idea, afterwards you can start the pie treatment with azeliac acid and tret, and if it doesnt fade (prob will) u can look into lasers.

20mg for abt 10 months should get you right
