i think it’s time for accutane boys. should i use my brothers 0.05 tretinoin he was prescribed? also, im 14 so i think hormones are playing a big role in this acne

I wouldn't use accutane and 0.05 tret I would go for 0.025

i was scared to start tbf but i didn't even had purge or anything like that though i'm 18 so i wouldn't know how it affects puberty
i would say if you have too much acne go for isotret otherwise tret cream

im currently on 40 mg of iso tret and im using 0.025 tret well only been on it for 4 days no sides only sides are from tret with the dry skin

start 0.025 and after u use a whole tube of that ( like 30 g worth ), you can use 0.05

Get on 0,025 tret and build up to 0,05 indefinitely, do not move up to 0,1 because there's no definite proof that it increases collagen any further beyond a certain threshold. Definitely don't get on isotret until you're 16-17.

Never felt the need for tret even with teenage acne, a good dosage of accutane with basic skin care will do lots for you

I used accutane at 14 and my growth wasn’t stunted just make sure you use spf because I still have pie marks to this day and I’m turning 17 in November
