Yes you can, but it depends on the concentration/mg of the products.

There is benefit, dark spots/marks. Accutane doesn't solve post acne marks, the ideal thing is tret after accutane. Yet you can use them at the same time.

I know someone that has been using both at the same time, for anti aging and acne

But the thing is, accutane dries your skin a lot, and tretinoin only dries it EVEN more. since you are a beginner, i dont recommend using both at the same time as it can cause dry sensitive skin.

Only after your skin gets used to both accutane and tretinoin, you can try accutane, plus tretinoin 0.025% a few times a week, before increasing the % and amount of times per week

And please use a good moisturiser that repairs your skin if u ever decide to go on both accutane and tretinoin. good ingredients in moisturisers include hyaluronic acid, ceramides etc
