Should i do 10 mg accutane with taz and azelaic acid or 20 mg accutane with not creams or maybe only aze

Go on 20mg for 2-4 weeks then if you dont experience any side effects slowly start adding topicals till you tolerate it better

I mean ive alr been on tret for 5 months and taz for 2.5 months so idk maybe imma start after week1

Had horrible cystic acne went isotretinoin for 3 months taking one 40 mg pills for two months and two 40 mg pills for one month and all the acne vanished. Id recommend trying one 40 mg for your first month then upping it if your bloodwork looks good.

no issues nor thinned my hair out the only thing that happened is that it boosted my cholesterol therefore I'm back on 40 mg per day. The only thing i really noticed was my joints were hurting but i just took fish oils and vitamin d3 to counter act it.

Depends on how well u respond to those kind of topicals and how bad ur acne is
But for most of the time for mild acne taz/tret wil do
I actually have mild acne myself but after using retinoids for 9 months nothing happend acne wise
But i did see improvement in skin texture atleast

also i dont think accutane is worth it if u got really mild acne and not strong oily skin

Mine was normal before any medication but after it got dry
And no accutane is worth it if ur acne prone because u can have mild acne but still be prone to it so yeah

no sorry all i really checked was for my liver function to make sure i wasn't obliterating my liver

it can for shure in some individuals accutane is very harsh it’s not like it’s just accutane , it’s more toxic to
the liver than most oral steroids ur kids get dissabled if foid take it during pregnancy so that should be enough to understand the seriousness of accutane
